Public Offer

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Customer with remote access to the functionality of the online service 'AttachMate', located on the Internet at: https://attachmate.io (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service'), and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services in accordance with the selected Tariff.

1.2. Services include providing a non-exclusive license (access) to the Service software for personal or commercial use by the Customer in accordance with the Service functionality.

2. Registration and Usage Procedure

2.1. To start working, the Customer goes through the registration procedure on the website, providing accurate data (email).

2.2. Access to paid Service features is provided after selecting a Tariff and paying for the subscription.

3. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

3.1. The cost of services is determined by the Tariffs published on the website https://attachmate.io. VAT is not charged due to the Contractor's use of a special tax regime.

3.2. Payment is made in non-cash form through the T-Bank payment service.

4. Subscription Terms (Recurring Payments)

Important section for cardholders

4.1. Services are provided on a subscription fee basis. The Customer agrees to periodic automatic debiting of funds (recurring payments) from their bank card to pay for access to the Service.

4.2. Subscription acceptance: By making the first payment and accepting the terms of this Offer, the Customer gives the Contractor and payment service (T-Bank) consent to non-acceptance debit of funds from the linked bank card for each subsequent subscription period (month, year, etc.) according to the current Tariffs.

4.3. Automatic debit occurs on the day of the current paid period's end or 24 hours before its end.

4.4. If the debit fails (insufficient funds, card blocked), the Contractor has the right to suspend access to the Service until successful payment.

4.5. On Flex tariffs, when the balance approaches zero (or reaches the threshold specified in the tariff terms), the minimum top-up amount specified in the selected Flex tariff terms on the Service website is debited from the linked bank card (auto-refill). The Customer may disable auto-refill in the personal account or by unlinking the card.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. The Customer has the right to cancel subscription renewal (cancel recurring payments) at any time in the personal account.

5.2. How to cancel subscription: Cancellation is made by the Customer independently in the Personal Account on the Service website in the 'Subscription' section, or by sending a request to the Contractor's email.

5.3. Upon subscription cancellation, access to the Service is maintained until the end of the already paid period.

5.4. Funds debited for the already paid subscription period are non-refundable, as the service is considered provided in full from the moment access to the Service is granted.

6. Personal Data

6.1. By accepting the Offer, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the Agreement.

6.2. The Contractor does not store or process Customer bank card data. Payment data processing is carried out by the secure T-Bank payment gateway.

7. Liability and Other Terms

7.1. The Service is provided 'as is'. The Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service in all cases.

7.2. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally change the Offer terms. New terms come into effect from the moment of their publication on the Site.
